Welcome to Elm & Ember Candles. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before shopping with us.

Elm & Ember Candles is a small, independent candle company based in South Surrey, BC, Canada. All products are handmade in small batches and are subject to availability.

All prices are listed in CAD (Canadian Dollars) unless otherwise noted. Prices may change at any time without notice.

Payment is due at checkout. We accept secure payment methods through our website. Your order is confirmed once payment has been processed and you receive a confirmation email.

Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations may not be possible if production or shipping has already started.

At this time, we only offer shipping within Canada. Orders are processed and shipped using trusted carriers, and shipping rates and delivery times are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

We hope to expand and offer international shipping in the future, so stay tuned for updates!

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Elm & Ember Candles is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. For delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns are only accepted under certain conditions. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for details.

We do our best to describe all products accurately and provide images that reflect the item. However, because our candles are handmade, slight variations may occur (such as frosting, texture, or minor surface inconsistencies).

All products are made with soy wax and phthalate-free fragrance oils. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients and using candles safely. Always burn candles within sight, keep away from flammable items, and never leave a burning candle unattended.

Elm & Ember Candles is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses that result from misuse of our products. By purchasing, you agree to follow all safety guidelines provided.

All content on this site, including product names, descriptions, photos, and branding, is the property of Elm & Ember Candles and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of British Columbia.
