Returns & Exchanges
At Elm & Ember Candles, your satisfaction is our top priority. Each candle is hand-poured with care, and we want you to feel good about your purchase, from the moment it arrives to the final burn.
We accept returns or exchanges on unused, unlit candles in their original condition and packaging. Please email us within 5 days of receiving your order to start the process.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Elm & Ember Candles cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
Please allow up to 7 business days from the receipt of your item for us to process your return or exchange. You'll be notified by email once it's complete.
Damaged or Broken Items
If your candle arrives damaged or broken, we're so sorry!
Please email us at info@elmandember.ca with a photo of the damaged item within 5 days of delivery.
We'll send a replacement free of charge, or issue a full refund.
Cancellations
Changed your mind? You may cancel your order before it ships. Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
