Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

During high-volume seasons (such as holidays or new collection launches), processing times may be slightly longer, we appreciate your patience!

Shipping Within Canada

We're excited to share our candles with customers across Canada. At this time, we're not able to offer international shipping, but we hope to in the future.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Issues

Elm & Ember Candles is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed in transit, but we'll always do our best to support you in resolving any issues.

If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and email us at info@elmandember.ca within 5 days of delivery. Please include photos of the damage so we can help quickly.
