Processing times

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

During busy seasons, such as the holidays or new collection launches, processing may take a little longer. Thank you for your patience.

Shipping within Canada

We ship across Canada for a flat $10, and free on orders over $75. We’re not able to offer international shipping yet, but we hope to in the future.

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping issues

Elm & Ember Candles is not responsible for packages lost, stolen or delayed in transit, but we’ll always do our best to help resolve any issue.

If your order arrives damaged, please see our return and refund policy and email info@elmandember.ca within 5 days of delivery, with photos of the damage.
